Bike--Rode LUCKY for an hour on the trainer while listening to an AM radio show. Having a structured bike workout makes the minutes fly by a lot faster if being outside isn't a possibility. I still love this bike trainer--so quiet, convenient, runs extremely well, and easy to set up.

4 x (7 min >90 rpm in small chain ring/3 min in large chain ring)
5 min >90 rpm in in small chain ring/3 min in large chain ring
2 min cool
