Swim

Swim--Swimming after doing an arm workout the day prior was tough. It had been quite some time since I had last been in the water. It's time to focus on freestyle for the next few months.

The set
600 SKPS (150 swim/kick/pull/swim)
8x(50 drill/50 swim)
4x100 pull
2x100 IM
100 kick

Every time I go to the pool and try to think of freestyle drills, my brain fries. So now's a good time to start that list.

Freestyle drills
Fingertip drill w/ catch-up
8-kick, one-pull
8-kick, three-pull
Breath on opposite side
Fist swim
Distance per stroke
One-arm swim (with arm extended and arm against side)
Breathe after 3, 5, or 7 strokes
