Run--The goal was to do a run at 'marathon' pace. The problem is, I have NO clue at this point what pace I want to/think I can run the marathon in. 8:00/mi seemed like a good goal. It would be great to run a marathon at 8:00/mi pace for a 3:30, but I think my A goal is just to requalify for Boston (3:40, 8:25/mi). My legs are pretty tired from the running over the past few days.
