Bike--Rode LUCKY on my trainer while watching Nacho Libre. I LOVED this movie! Very cute, yet unusual, story. Lots of grinding in the big chain ring.

Run--Yup, Wed night track workout in 22* temps and snow! Actually, there were only 5 or so icy patches and 100m of snow on the track, otherwise most of it was clear. There was a pretty "chilly breeze" too. Brrrr! The workout was 10 x 400m (400m recovery)

I'm confused how you're logging your runs. "7 mi" I would think is 7 miles, but you wrote you did 10 x 400m (4kms = 2.5 miles). Counting your recovery 400m's, that's still 5 miles. Do you run a mile to the track?

1.25 mi WU, then 10x400 (+10x400 recovery) then 1 mi cool. It's a bit over 7, but I don't really care. I don't time WU and cool anymore. Have a good one.
