Bike: 30 mi (2 hr)

Bike--Watched The Devil Wears Prada while on the bike this evening, lots of spinning in the small chain ring. Yes, LUCKY flatted AGAIN while on the trainer (it's 10 tubes now since January). He certainly is living up to his name.
Sanity--Unfortunately I didn't make it to IKEA this evening. Shabbat ended around 7:00 or so, the squeezed in the bike, then the store closed at 9:00. Maybe tomorrow??
Race--Hopefully the race tomorrow will not be postponed or cancelled due to freezing rain! I'm ready to run these legs off!!! What happened to the groundhog's prediction of early spring?!?
