Run: 20 mi

Run--20 mi on the treadmill at the base gym in 2:48:37 (8:25 pace). Walked a mile to the gym in the sunshine and walked a mile home. It was great recovery, actually. Things were starting to melt!
Stupid--For those of you who are wondering, I did NOT log my "x-training" hours from yesterday! I was just being goofy! It was a great back workout though. I can feel it today.
Weekend--Time for some weekend ski boarding in PA!
