Bike--I flatted out 3 times on my bike trainer. Don't even ask. In the end, 30 min was going to suffice. "The sun'll come ouuuuuut, tomorrow..."
Core--Since the bike option didn't work out this morning as planned, I did a core workout instead. 10 x 1:15 intervals of hip flexors, pushups, back, obliques, abs.
