Run--Wednesday Track Practice with MCRRC! Confidence wasn't too high going into this (stomach/GI problems persisting from yesterday). But I just took it easy for the first few intervals and tried to pick it up. I was inadvertently following some men around the track, and they encouraged me to try to keep up with them and really push myself. And then I scored a 800m PR! How great is that?! I'm excited to see what I will run by the end of April. Sub-7:00 pace here I come!

Strength--I don't know if this was the smartest idea or not, but I went to the gym and lifted legs. Plus I had to go back to retrieve my swimsuit that I left after yesterday's swim. Ner!
