Run

Run: 9.5 mi

Run--Wednesday night track workout with MCRRC. 6x1000, 4x300. I ran with an excellent group again (all men, as usual). They really, really push me. Sub-6:00 for 300m doesn't seem very fast, but that's the first time I have EVER dipped down before 6:00 pace. AND it was after some really hard 1000's in 28 degree weather. The small victories lead to big ones.
